Job summary

Aluma Care in Burlington, KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We provide in-home, school, or clinic sessions and support growth through evidence-based practices.

You will work under a BCBA, collect progress data, collaborate with families, and maintain a safe, positive therapy environment. Flexible schedules and opportunities for certification assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation; willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Burlington, Kansas
