About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Cross River Therapy provides ABA services throughout New Jersey and is seeking qualified RBTs to deliver in-home and community-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). All treatment programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct behavioral services in individual and group settings
  • Implement skill acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis
  • Complete weekly program documentation
  • Collaborate with BCBA and BCaBA to implement treatment plans
  • Maintain client confidentiality and respect
  • Attend educational workshops and participate in professional development
  • Ensure client safety during all sessions, including emergency situations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: 1+ year experience working with individuals with special needs
  • Required: Driver's License
  • Preferred: Registered Behavior Technician certification
Schedule

Monday to Friday and/or weekends. Work location is in-home, with approximately 20-25 hours weekly per client.
