Aluma Care KS is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Atchison, Kansas. We are an ABA provider dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices.

The role involves 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing BCBA-designed plans, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families for client success. Flexible schedules and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy or working with children experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Atchison, Kansas

Skills and Qualifications:
