BK Healthcare Management in Middletown, OH seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings.

You will implement skill-building plans, record session data on electronic devices, and collaborate with a clinical team. The role offers flexible part-time scheduling, same-day pay, and opportunities for career advancement.

What You’ll Do

Good to Know

Services will be provided in clients’ homes or in community-based locations.

All positions start off part-time.

We’re looking for candidates who are willing to make a 6-month commitment to helping change our clients’ lives.

Experience That Can Be a Great Fit

You may already have experience that translates well to this role, including:

Education or early childhood development

Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles

After-school programs or camp counseling

Behavioral health, mental health, or social services

ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism

Healthcare support, including DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver roles

Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one

No experience? No problem! Paid training is provided.
