Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Steelville, Missouri. We offer long-term commitments (minimum 6 months), flexible hours, and competitive pay for part-time positions.

You will support clients in achieving their goals through evidence-based ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
