Job summary

A leading behavior therapy provider in Virginia is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and able to work well in a team. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $20 to $28 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as directed by the BCBA.
