BK Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team supporting clients in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or expected.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to promote independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team for skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
