Job summary

Heartland ABA in Alamosa, CO seeks dedicated RBTs for part-time roles providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. No experience? Paid training is provided. Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
