Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with autism in home and community settings. Positions start part-time, with flexible hours and opportunities to make a measurable difference in clients’ lives.

You'll implement evidence-based ABA interventions, collect session data, and collaborate with families under clinical supervision. Paid training is provided, and same-day pay is available on select schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
