Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking experienced RBTs to join a supportive ABA team. Positions are part-time and home- or community-based, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience. The role emphasizes one-on-one therapy, data collection, and collaborative care plans to help children reach personal goals.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Bridge skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Work in clients' homes or community-based locations.
