Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is hiring a Care Technician to work 1-on-1 with children under 6 who have autism, helping them build communication, play, and social skills. No ABA experience required—we’ll teach you the rest and support you to become an RBT. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30am to 4:30pm, with potential Saturday occasional duties.

Pay ranges from $16.58 to $29.13 per hour, plus health/dental/vision insurance for full-time staff. We celebrate progress and growth every day.

• Minimum age 18 and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with children under 6 with autism to build communication, independence, play, and social connection.
• Use play, connection, and ABA therapy techniques to support skill development.
• Celebrate and document progress, big and small, to track growth.
• Create a safe, positive environment for each child.
