Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills with hands-on training from experienced BCBAs.

You’ll collect data during sessions, work under supervision, and support families with progress updates and strategies, while benefiting from flexible, part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children.

About the Role
