Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in Morristown, NJ is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills under close BCBA supervision.

You’ll collect data on treatment goals, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families by sharing practical strategies and progress updates. Training provided and ongoing supervision available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

About the Role
