Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy in Utah (West Jordan) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy. You’ll implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to support skill development for children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 40-hour RBT training completed.
• Active RBT certification preferred or obtained within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress.
• Assist in developing and implementing BIPs under supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain BACB ethical and professional standards.
