Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skills during sessions.
• Communicate with analysts and coordinators for timely progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain client records.
