This role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate data collection, and collaborative progress reporting. The RBT will work alongside families, ensure documentation compliance, and participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions with Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for accurate progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records to monitor client progress.
