Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Ironton, OH seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations, using evidence-based interventions to foster independence and positive behavior.

All positions start part-time with flexible hours and same-day pay. We offer paid training, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities for advancement, plus referral bonuses for introducing new clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
