Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a supportive team in Chicago, IL. Join a program that emphasizes growth, mentoring, and clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team for consistent care.
• Participate in supervision, trainings and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging therapy environment.
