Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism in achieving their goals. This role offers part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and meaningful hands-on ABA work in clients' homes or community settings.

You will deliver one-on-one services, record session data, collaborate with a clinical team, and help families implement skill-building plans. No experience?

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a clinical team member, implementing skill-building and care plans.
