Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services, implement intervention plans, and help clients achieve their goals in home or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Seek to accumulate hours through fellowship or internship opportunities.
