Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks to hire a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 1:1 work with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence, while collecting data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
