Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients’ homes or community locations. You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans and track progress using digital data collection tools.

These part-time roles offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and the opportunity to advance within a supportive ABA organization. A 6-month commitment is encouraged to help families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
