Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions, recording data on electronic devices.

No experience? Paid training is provided. All positions start off part-time with flexible scheduling and the chance to advance within the thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
