Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our supportive team dedicated to transforming lives through ABA therapy. As an RBT, you'll provide one-on-one therapy, implement treatment plans from a BCBA, and document client progress while collaborating with families.

This part-time role allows up to 30 hours per week with flexible shifts based on your availability, offering a competitive pay range of $25 - $30 per hour and numerous benefits including paid

Qualifications

• Must have a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a must.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
