Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support each child’s goals.

Ideal candidates are committed to making a difference for children with autism, with a high school diploma and RBT certification. Training is provided; part-time roles are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
