Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our Ohio team. Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, implement skill-building and care plans, and accurately record session data.

You will build a positive learning environment and collaborate closely with families. All positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment; RBT certification is required before working, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.
