Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Golden, CO is seeking a dedicated Child Development & Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with Autism through evidence-based ABA in home or community settings.

This role offers part-time hours and Same Day Pay, with paid training and opportunities to advance through BCBA partnerships.

You will work under a clinical team, record session data, and help children achieve meaningful goals with patience and compassion.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• No experience? Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
