Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. This part-time role offers flexibility and immediate pay options, with a focus on delivering high-quality ABA services and data-driven progress.

You will work closely with our clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record data, and support families in applying interventions across client goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
