Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role offers flexibility, immediate start, and opportunities for professional growth through BCBA partnerships. A six-month commitment is preferred, with paid training provided before you begin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices and foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
