Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Lebanon, MO seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time, long-term engagement. Join a supportive ABA team dedicated to helping children achieve meaningful goals in their homes or community settings.

Responsibilities include delivering one-to-one ABA services, recording data, and collaborating with the clinical team to implement care plans. Flexible hours and competitive pay are offered to qualified candidates committed for at least 6 months.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
RBT certification required before working.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
