Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by BCBA. This part-time role offers growth into full-time as caseloads expand, mentorship, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment with advancement and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in home sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
