Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Lyndeborough, NH. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, or clinic under a BCBA-designed plan and help families reach meaningful progress.

Ideal candidates have or are pursuing RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
