Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in their homes or community settings. Flexible hours and potential for advancement are offered, with same day pay after clocking in and out.

Part‑time positions with a six‑month commitment are available, and paid training is provided to help you get started. As an RBT, you will provide one‑on‑one ABA services, contribute to client goals, and document progress using electronic records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
