Top Penguin ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities, implementing individualized ABA plans designed by a BCBA. You will help children build communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioral skills with ongoing clinical support.

The role offers BCBA supervision, mentorship, flexible scheduling, and mileage reimbursement between approved work locations as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data accurately.
• Communicate with supervising BCBAs.
• Complete session documentation.
• Maintain professional relationships with families.
