Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans developed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Roles include data collection, family collaboration, and participation in team meetings and ongoing training to advance professionally within our supportive PBS environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
