Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking part‑time Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team in Gresham, Oregon. You will work 1:1 with children to implement ABA-based treatment plans and support their developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans from BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Experience in ABA therapy or childcare

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Engagement with clients

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education (preferred)
