Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related fields required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Engage with families and clinical teams for successful outcomes.

Skills

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Experience in ABA therapy

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education
