Qualifications

• RBT certification currently held (required).
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.
• Passion for helping children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport and engage clients.
• Willingness to learn, grow and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy for children.
• Work closely with families and supervising BCBA to support growth.
• Monitor progress and celebrate milestones with clients.
