Job summary

Go Grow ABA in Old Bridge, NJ is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, following treatment plans designed by a BCBA and documenting client progress.

You will collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success, maintain a safe, positive therapy environment, and enjoy flexible shifts, paid training and certification assistance, competitive pay ($22–$28/hour), and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• At least one year of ABA experience with kids.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
