Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations in Iowa. Roles start part-time with flexible hours and a six-month commitment to support children’s development.

You will receive paid training, ongoing clinical support, and the option to access Same Day Pay. RBT certification is required before working, with adherence to supervision and data collection practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working, paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
