Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, education, or related fields is necessary.
• A high school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans provided by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.

Skills

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Experience working with children in ABA therapy

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field
