Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Paola, Kansas is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans and receive mentoring to support your career development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA‑based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.

Skills

Experience with ABA therapy

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Ability to engage with clients

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education
