Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies for learning.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
