Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Chatham, Illinois is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work directly with children. This role offers the potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Experience in childcare, education, psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Monitor client progress through data collection.

Skills

Experience with children in ABA therapy

Ability to engage clients

Reliable transportation

Education

High school diploma required

Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education preferred
