Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to work directly in the homes of children with autism as part of our growing provider network. You will implement individualized ABA intervention plans and participate in ongoing staff training under the supervision of a BCBA, with data collection and regular communication with supervising staff.

This role requires weekday and weekend availability and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or current pursuit of relevant education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to work in homes with children who have autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regularly communicate with supervisory staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
