Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Gretna, NE is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our ABA team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, helping children with autism build independence and positive behaviors.

This role starts part-time with flexible schedules and the option to advance through BCBA schooling partnerships. We offer Same Day Pay to help with finances, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities to grow within a thriving ABA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
