Job summary

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience and compassion for working with children with Autism.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to therapy protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
