Job summary

Heartland ABA is looking for enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Sharon Center, Ohio, to provide essential ABA services to children with Autism. This role offers same-day pay, flexibility, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive clinical team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, exhibit compassion and patience, and be willing to learn about ABA therapy. Paid training is provided for those new to the field and opportunities for advancement and referrals are available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Experience in education or early childhood development is a plus.
• Experience in behavioral health or ABA therapy is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
