Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to gain hours toward BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities
