Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Fairfield, IA is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings.

You'll join a supportive clinical team, receive paid training, and gain experience working with children with autism. Part-time hours with flexible scheduling and potential for increased hours as you grow. No experience? No problem — paid training is provided. RBT certification is required before working.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
